At OSCAR practice is Open Door Policy because we believe that employees have some of the best suggestions for improving the work practices and the work place and usually the most satisfactory solutions to work place concerns are reached through an open discussion with the supervising manager.
We are committed to provide the best possible working conditions for our employees. Part of this commitment is encouraging an open and frank atmosphere in which any problem, complaint, suggestion, or question will receive an appropriate and timely response.

We have elaborate employee grievance procedures in place to encourage employees to resolve any individual grievance at the earliest in a fair and prompt manner.
